Sunny skies, smiles, and super deals were the order of the day for the grand opening of our newest Stripes® store in Houston!  Greeted at the door by a Stripes family member and a coupon flyer loaded with great offers, our customers were pleased to partake in the grand opening festivities.  They got their day started on a sweet note, sampling such tasty treats as cupcakes, turnovers, and crispy rice treats.  The ladies of the Laredo Taco Company were serving up delicious homemade breakfast tacos for 25¢ and savory lunch plates, while outside we offered lunch combos of a hot dog, chips, and soda for just 50¢.  Many customers enjoyed breakfast at Stripes so much that they came back and had lunch with us, too!  Twenty five lucky people drove away with $20 worth of free gas, and everyone enjoyed a 10¢ per-gallon discount on their fill-up with a coupon.  Great food, great deals, great service…just another day at Stripes!
