SSP Partners rolls out it’s newest convenience retail store, under the brand name Stripes®, located at 7925 Howard at I45 in Houston with a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration at 10:30 AM, Friday, October 28, 2005. In addition to it’s extensive product mix and fast friendly service, this Stripes® location will also offer it’s delicious blend of Café de la Casa coffee and a full mouth-watering menu from it’s restaurant, The Laredo Taco Company.

On hand for the event will be representatives of SSP Partners, Rusche Distributing Company, Chevron, Anheuser-Busch, Silver Eagle Distributing, Houston Distributing Company, Miller Brewing Company, Coca-Cola, Gensler Design, Brand Extract, and Cisneros Construction.

In celebration of the opening, The Laredo Taco Company will be serving up great breakfast and lunch deals throughout the day! Breakfast tacos will be offered for only a quarter and for lunch, enjoy a combination of a JUMBO hot dog, a cold Coca Cola and a bag of Frito Lay chips, sold for only 50 cents.

Children will enjoy special appearances by the Elsie the Cow and Tony the Tiger. Adults will also enjoy the chance to WIN FREE gas for a year or a new 10-speed bike from Dasani.

The new convenience store and Chevron gas station is a great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat, a cold drink or to top off your gas tank. Stripes® is proud to be a part of the neighborhood and invites you to please stop in for a visit with their friendly, helpful staff.
