STRIPES SUPPORTS COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT
New Store Forging Strong Community Ties

Hebbronville, Texas – November 14, 2006 – They might be new in town, but already they’re making fast friends. Stripes is honoring local law enforcement’s commitment to the community by creating special mugs for those that serve and protect the County.

These special-edition mugs, which bear the logo of the Jim Hogg County Sheriff’s Department, entitle law enforcement to free refills of their favorite drinks---cold soda from the fountain, an icy cold frozen treat, or a piping hot cup of coffee…whatever they need to get their day going, and to keep it going strong.

“It’s our way of showing our support, of letting them know how much we appreciate what they do for the community,” says Stripes area manager Lupe Garcia. Stripes’ store manager, Lisa Dominguez, and her team of friendly people look forward to serving the needs of the community and those who protect it.
